A year ago or so i found one which was never finished and messes up all the UI and basically the game was unplayable with it. However, there is a way to make the game fill your screen and imo the game looks good enough.Here is the link to the post with possible solutions:(second post from the user ZFR)For me personally the following solution from the given possible solutions in the link i gave worked for both the retail and the gog versions:'Enable Windows 98/ME Compatibility.
